The Role of Solution Consultant

As a Solution Consultant at Genesys, you will contribute to improving customer experiences for organizations in Saudi Arabia by leveraging cloud and AI-powered solutions. This full-time, customer-facing role requires fluency in Arabic. You will collaborate with Sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, demonstrate Genesys Cloud capabilities, and design solutions that deliver business value. The role offers exposure to Genesys AI, automation, experience orchestration, integrations, and cloud technologies, with opportunities to develop solution consulting skills alongside experienced colleagues and enterprise customers. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer discovery sessions to identify business needs, customer journeys, and technical requirements.
• Design customer solutions utilizing Genesys Cloud, AI capabilities, integrations, APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Develop and deliver demonstrations and presentations for both business and technical audiences.
• Identify relevant AI use cases across self-service, agent assistance, personalization, analytics, and automation.
• Partner with Sales and technical specialists to support opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Support business cases and RFx responses by aligning proposed solutions with customer value.
• Build customer relationships while developing knowledge of Genesys products and customer experience best practices.
