Job requirements

• 1. Operates office machines and assist team members as required.
  2. Maintains office supplies as necessary.
  3. Performs any other clerical or miscellaneous duties as requested by the supervisor.
  4. Creates and maintains filing systems records and indices. Keeps reference files up-to-date by adding and deleting obsolete information.
  5. Maintain time keeping records and prepare schedules.
  6. Receives incoming mail sorts logs and distributes as requires. Receives outgoing mail logs and distributes. Coordinate meetings.
  7. Types all kinds of correspondence reports and Saudi Aramco forms

• 1. Receives telephone calls and visitors in a courtesy courteous manner.
  2. Gives answers to routine questions or takes messages. Refers other matters to appropriate personnel.
  3. Schedules and books meetings as needed.
