Business Development Manager

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on identifying and advancing new company development opportunities within both local and international markets. The manager will be responsible for strategic market research and competitive analysis to support service development and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage departmental activities and the team to achieve set targets.
• Prepare execution and action plans to enhance business development and company profitability.
• Review Profit & Loss (P&L) for new proposals and agreed quotations.
• Develop market development plans and client satisfaction programs to sustain company growth.
• Identify, assess, and recommend new business opportunities, including new markets and services, with feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Devise, implement, and maintain system information using competitive intelligence.
• Maintain and develop company brand awareness and positioning.
• Capture new business development plans by maintaining market data information to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through a Client Retention Management (CRM) program.
• Represent the company professionally at conferences.
• Follow up with the estimation department for new P&L.
• Follow up with operations for new mobilization.
• Attend meetings and training courses as required.
• Perform other assigned duties within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business development.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Experience in developing and implementing business growth strategies.
