Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic female Clinical Psychologist to join our growing healthcare team in Riyadh. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges. You will work within a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that foster recovery and improve the overall mental well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide individual, group, or family psychotherapy sessions using modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and detailed medical records in compliance with local healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate care.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families to support the healing process.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
• Current licensure or eligibility to obtain a license with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Proven experience working in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and psychodiagnostic tools.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
