Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field. Minimum of seven years of experience in property management or operations, with a focus on residential properties. Strong understanding of property management software and financial analysis. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Certification in property management (e.g., CPM, RPA) is a plus. Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting in property management. Proven track record in project management and team leadership. Familiarity with local real estate laws and tenant rights.
