Job description

• Execution and monitoring of recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and termination procedures.
• Management of employee files and updating their data and employment records.
• Monitoring attendance, leave, and absences.
• Preparation and tracking of contracts, renewals, and job modifications.
• Monitoring procedures related to government HR platforms, such as labor and social insurance, as per regulations.
• Preparation of regular reports related to human resources.
• Ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, policies, and internal procedures.
• Coordination with various departments to address employee needs and track their requests.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and effective communication skills, with accuracy in data tracking and documentation.
