Job description

• Identify potential operational, financial, and administrative risks and assess their impact.
• Prepare and update the risk register and monitor the implementation of mitigation plans.
• Develop procedural guidelines and recommend appropriate solutions to mitigate risks.
• Monitor key risk indicators and prepare regular reports for management.
• Coordinate with various departments to identify, assess, and monitor risks and track their mitigation.
• Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with risk management requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation of business continuity plans and crisis management.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and measure their effectiveness.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in risk management or a related field.
• Knowledge of risk assessment principles and preparation of risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to solve problems.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with various departments.
