Job description

• Monitoring and developing employee performance management systems according to established objectives.
• Preparing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) in coordination with various departments.
• Organizing and monitoring periodic performance evaluation roles for employees.
• Analyzing performance evaluation results and identifying opportunities for improvement and development.
• Coordinating with managers to define job objectives and tracking their achievement.
• Preparing regular reports on performance levels and raising necessary recommendations.
• Contributing to the preparation of performance improvement plans for employees in coordination with relevant management.
• Monitoring compliance with evaluation deadlines, documenting results, and maintaining performance records.
• Supporting initiatives to develop competencies and linking performance results to training and development plans.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field.
• At least two years of practical experience in employee performance management or performance evaluation.
• Knowledge of key performance indicators and performance evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to monitor performance indicators.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various departments.
