• Description: Responsibilities
  Lead operations across multiple plants and sites, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient performance
  Direct and develop multi-disciplinary operations and maintenance teams, setting targets and performance standards
  Drive efficiency and performance improvements with measurable results
  Prepare and review pricing and commercial models for BOT, BOOT and MEP projects
  Guide design and technical solutions to achieve optimal, cost-effective outcomes
  Ensure HSE, regulatory and contractual compliance across all operations
  Report to executive management on operational performance, risks and growth opportunities
  Qualifications
  Minimum 15 years of experience, with significant experience in the Saudi Arabian market
  Currently based in Saudi Arabia
  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  Proven track record heading operations for large-scale utility, cooling or energy infrastructure projects
  Strong knowledge of BOT, BOOT and MEP project pricing and technical design
  Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration
  Strong leadership, stakeholder management and executive reporting skills More

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience, with significant experience in the Saudi Arabian market
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven track record heading operations for large-scale utility, cooling or energy infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of BOT, BOOT and MEP project pricing and technical design
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration
