Role Description:

The Secretariat Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the Board of Directors and its committees, ensuring effective meeting coordination, proper documentation, and compliance with corporate governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings.
• Prepare and coordinate meeting agendas in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Draft, prepare, and maintain accurate minutes of Board and committee meetings.
• Document and follow up on Board and committee resolutions and recommendations.
• Monitor the implementation of decisions in coordination with relevant departments.
• Maintain official records, meeting documents, and governance-related documentation.
• Manage official correspondence and communication with Board and committee members.
• Support corporate governance practices and ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, records, and meeting discussions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate secretarial functions and Board and committee affairs.
• Good understanding of corporate governance principles and Board procedures.
• Strong skills in preparing meeting minutes and drafting official correspondence.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
