Nature of the Opportunity and Compensation

• Remote work within Saudi Arabia, with flexible hours and on a contractual basis.

• Compensation is based on commissions and incentives on realized sales, with no fixed salary.

• Commission rates and entitlement mechanisms will be clarified during communication with candidates.

Tasks

• Search for new sales opportunities and communicate with decision-makers in organizations.

• Understand customer needs and provide the appropriate Mirqam solution and clear demonstrations.

• Follow up with clients and offers, negotiate, and finalize subscriptions in coordination with the team.

• Build lasting relationships and accurately document sales opportunities and follow-up results.

What We Are Looking For

• Clear communication, and the ability to persuade, negotiate, and build relationships.

• Initiative, organization, commitment to follow-up, and independent remote work.

• Readiness to understand technical products and connect them to customer needs.

• Experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred; we welcome those who can demonstrate their abilities and achievements.
