About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department, develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and support business growth within the real estate development sector.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in real estate marketing, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, and achieving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Lead and manage marketing operations, including digital marketing, branding, content creation, and customer experience.
• Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Strengthen brand identity, market positioning, and brand awareness.
• Manage social media platforms, digital advertising campaigns, and online marketing activities.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, optimize expenditures, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to generate qualified leads and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop customer experience strategies and oversee CRM activities to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, investors, influencers, and advertising agencies.
• Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development within real estate development or real estate marketing companies, including at least 3 years in a Marketing Manager role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for real estate projects.
• Demonstrated track record of measurable marketing achievements, successful campaigns, lead generation, and business growth, with the ability to provide a portfolio or supporting evidence of previous accomplishments.
• Proven experience in successfully marketing high-value, large-scale real estate development projects, with demonstrated achievements in project positioning, lead generation, and sales growth.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media advertising, branding, and marketing analytics.
• Experience in marketing budget management, performance optimization, and ROI measurement.
• Strong knowledge of customer experience management and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered marketing tools for campaign optimization, content development, market analysis, and performance reporting.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
