About the Role

Tawaf Transportation Services Company is seeking an HR Development Manager to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role aims to lead and guide human resources development efforts, ensuring the efficient and effective achievement of organizational goals. The role requires between two and five years of experience in the field of HR development.

Main Objective of the Role

The HR Development Manager participates in setting key objectives, plans, and programs related to HR development. The role directly oversees performance management, training and development activities, as well as competency frameworks, career path planning, and succession planning programs. It is also responsible for organizing and monitoring HR development operations to ensure the availability of technical and human resources necessary for workflows to function with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop key objectives related to HR development management, develop and implement plans, programs, and projects, and ensure the existence of precise frameworks and metrics to measure the level of achievement of these plans and objectives.
• Develop detailed plans, programs, and projects related to HR development, including performance management, talent training and development, career path programs, and succession planning programs, and monitor their implementation to ensure the best outputs and results.
• Oversee the implementation of the performance management system at the organization in all its stages, direct and manage the process of identifying training needs for employees and preparing annual training plans, and ensure the identification of appropriate training and learning methods effectively and in coordination with organizational unit managers.
• Determine the financial and human resource requirements, as well as the administrative supplies necessary for the HR development department to execute various HR development operations, ensuring that the organization's current and future talent needs are met.
• Oversee the preparation of summaries and general reports related to HR development operations, present them to senior management, keep them informed of various challenges and updates, and consult them on various important future issues and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Professional experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in HR development or a similar role.
• A deep understanding of the principles of performance management, career path planning, and training and development programs.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and programs.

Work Environment

This position is full-time and based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The job holder works within a specialized team aimed at enhancing the company's human resource capabilities.
