About the Role

Al-Marwa National Company for Feed and Concentrate Manufacturing is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Makkah. The incumbent is responsible for preparing and organizing financial documents, monitoring revenues, recording accounting transactions, as well as auditing bank accounts and preparing the necessary financial reports. This position is full-time and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Audit financial claims and ensure they meet legal and financial requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and document disbursement documents and follow up on their auditing and approval by authorized regulatory bodies.
• Monitor current and capital expenditures based on the monthly financial status of budget items.
• Prepare the financial position and monthly summaries, in addition to preparing and organizing the annual closing accounts.
• Prepare accounting entries and record financial transactions in records, audit bank accounts, and prepare necessary reconciliations with monthly matching statements.
• Develop accounting methods and procedures and keep pace with scientific and technical developments in this field.
• Prepare specialized documents and reports in the field of expense and revenue accounting and save them in the designated database.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of accounting.
• Ability to prepare and organize disbursement documents and follow up on the collection, documentation, and analysis of revenues.
• Proficiency in preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions.
• Ability to audit bank accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations.
• Skills in preparing and saving reports and documents related to expenses and revenues.
