About the Role

Tawaf Transportation Services Company is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Makkah. This role aims to manage financial operations accurately, including preparing accounting documents, tracking revenues, and auditing bank accounts. The role requires between two and five years of experience in the accounting field.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize payment documents, follow up on their audits, and obtain approvals from authorized regulatory bodies.
• Follow up on revenue collection, documentation, and periodic analysis.
• Prepare accounting entries and record financial operations in designated ledgers.
• Audit bank accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations along with monthly matching statements.
• Monitor current and capital expenditures in compliance with the monthly financial status of budget items.
• Prepare the financial position and monthly summaries, in addition to organizing annual final accounts.
• Prepare specialized documents and reports related to expenses and revenues and store them in the database.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from two to five years in the field of accounting.
• Ability to audit financial claims and ensure they meet legal and financial requirements.
• Strong knowledge of accounting methods, procedures, and their development.
• Ability to accurately prepare financial reports and documents.

Skills and Competencies

• Accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage financial documents and records.
• Ability to keep pace with scientific and technical developments in the field of accounting.
• Strong analytical skills for analyzing revenues and expenses.

Work Environment

This role is a full-time position within the Tawaf Transportation Services Company team in Makkah. The role requires a commitment to office work and completing financial tasks within specified timeframes.
