About the role

Tawaf Transportation Services Company is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role focuses on managing financial operations, from preparing accounting documents to analyzing revenues and expenses. The role requires between two and five years of experience in the accounting field.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize disbursement documents, follow up on their auditing, and obtain approval from authorized regulatory bodies.
• Follow up on revenue collection, documentation, and periodic analysis.
• Prepare accounting entries and record financial transactions in accounting ledgers.
• Audit bank accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations along with monthly matching statements.
• Monitor current and capital expenditures in accordance with the monthly financial status of budget items.
• Prepare the financial position and monthly summaries, in addition to preparing and organizing annual final accounts.
• Prepare specialized reports and documents related to expenses and revenues and save them in the designated database.
• Audit financial claims and ensure they meet legal and financial requirements.
• Develop accounting methods and procedures and keep pace with scientific and technical developments in the field.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from two to five years in the accounting field.
• Ability to accurately prepare and organize financial documents.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Analytical skills for auditing accounts and monitoring revenues and expenses.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will work within a team that supports the financial operations of Tawaf Transportation Services Company.
