About the Role

Abu Zayed International Bakery is looking for a Production Supervisor to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role aims to oversee and coordinate industrial activities within the company's facilities, ensuring efficient workflow and high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule production timelines based on available workloads, staff availability, and set delivery deadlines.
• Allocate tasks to workers, considering schedules, employee needs and skills, and coordinate the sequence of production activities to ensure the availability of necessary equipment and machinery.
• Monitor overall production performance, investigate any issues related to productivity or quality, advise employees on standard work methods, and recommend changes to procedures to improve efficiency.
• Schedule maintenance for factory machinery and equipment and assist in their implementation to minimize downtime.
• Record employee data, as well as production and quality data, and prepare periodic performance reports to submit to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in production supervision or a related role.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise industrial activities effectively.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.

Work Environment

The workplace is located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and this is a full-time role within a dynamic production environment. The salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
