Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy, manage marketing operations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have comprehensive experience across all marketing functions, including branding, rebranding, digital marketing, campaign management, and marketing budget planning.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

* Lead and oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, branding, performance marketing, and communications.

* Manage branding and rebranding projects, including brand positioning, identity, and market presence.

* Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels.

* Develop, allocate, and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

* Oversee digital marketing activities, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, social media, and lead generation.

* Implement and manage UTM tracking, campaign attribution, and marketing performance measurement.

* Monitor marketing KPIs, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on advertising spend (ROAS).

* Lead marketing teams, agencies, and external partners.

* Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 6 years of proven marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.

* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience across all major marketing functions.

* Proven experience in branding and/or rebranding projects.

* Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets and advertising campaigns.

* Strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.

* Practical experience with UTM parameters, Google Analytics (GA4), and campaign tracking.

* Strong analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.

* Ability to manage multiple marketing channels and deliver measurable business results.
