About the Role

TalentHive is partnering with a well-established and diversified Saudi group undergoing a significant transformation and investment in Saudi talent. We are seeking an experienced Saudi Finance Manager to join the organization in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time senior finance opportunity within a large and operationally diverse business environment.

Role Context

This position offers broad exposure across financial planning, reporting, controls, and business performance. The role is suited for a commercially aware finance professional who combines strong financial management capability with hands-on execution and can work effectively with senior leadership and operational stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute beyond traditional accounting, with exposure to financial performance, planning, governance, and business decision-making across a complex operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and business plans.
• Oversee P&L performance, financial reporting, and management information.
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support business decision-making.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and reporting disciplines.
• Analyze costs, variances, and financial performance, identifying areas requiring action.
• Support accurate and timely month-end and period-end reporting.
• Partner with operational and functional stakeholders across the organization.
• Ensure effective utilization of ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Drive continuous improvement across Finance processes, reporting, and controls.
• Provide guidance and leadership across the Finance function.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance.
• Demonstrated financial management capability.
• Ability to execute tasks hands-on.
• Commercially aware with strong analytical skills.
• Experience working effectively with senior leadership and operational stakeholders.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dammam, Eastern region, within a major Saudi organization with diverse business operations. The position offers meaningful responsibility and visibility within a growing and evolving group environment.
