About the Role
Hill International is seeking a Training Coordinator - Saudi National to join their team. This full-time role involves developing and managing comprehensive training programs to enhance employee competency and address technical skill gaps within the company.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate current employee competency and manage personnel appraisals.
Analyze and identify technical training needs within the company, then design an integrated training program.
Communicate with employees to discuss technical issues they are facing.
Develop training materials, including outlines, handouts, and exercises.
Coordinate with industry experts to conduct classroom-style training and workshops.
Schedule training sessions using e-learning platforms.
Ensure all newly hired employees receive relevant and necessary training.
Evaluate employee job performance to determine the effectiveness of training after each session.
Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and provide recommendations for program improvement.
Collaborate with vendors for specialized training programs.
Stay informed of relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International, ensuring continuous compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programs.
Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
