The Leasing Specialist is responsible for marketing available properties, attracting prospective tenants, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants. The role contributes to achieving occupancy targets and maximizing rental revenue while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Market and promote available residential, commercial, or retail properties to prospective tenants. Respond to leasing inquiries and provide accurate information regarding available units and leasing terms. Conduct property tours and presentations for potential tenants. Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements within approved guidelines. Prepare, review, and process lease contracts and related documentation. Follow up on lease renewals and maintain tenant retention programs. Maintain and update leasing records, databases, and reports. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth tenant move-in and move-out processes. Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and business partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates to support leasing strategies. Assist in achieving occupancy and revenue targets set by management. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant real estate regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related field. Professional certifications in real estate or leasing are an advantage. Required Skills Strong negotiation and sales skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service orientation. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to analyze market data and prepare reports. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
