Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to lead and oversee marketing projects for clients in Riyadh ensuring on-time on-budget delivery while managing agency resources and client relationships to drive growth satisfaction and operational excellence.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver 100% of projects on time and within budget
- Maintain client satisfaction score above 90%
- Grow account revenue by 20% year-over-year
- Lead cross-functional teams across 5 active campaigns
- Reduce project turnaround time by 15% quarterly
- Utilize project management software (Asana Trello Jira) to track and manage workflows
- Manage budgeting and financial reporting for all client projects
- Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize campaign performance
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to streamline project delivery
- Foster client relationship management through proactive communication and strategic partnership
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional agency teams to ensure seamless execution
- Deliver compelling presentations and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Solve complex problems under pressure to keep projects on track
