Role Overview

The Customer Service Specialist will play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for users of Moyasar's services. This involves managing daily support needs, resolving payment-related issues, and ensuring proper follow-up on all cases. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to facilitate timely resolutions and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from merchants and customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Provide support to merchants regarding payment services and operational processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with relevant internal teams for effective resolution.
• Track and follow up on all cases to ensure complete resolution.
• Assist merchants with onboarding procedures and documentation requirements.
• Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and case details.
• Identify recurring issues to contribute to overall customer experience improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using communication tools such as phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
