General Manager

Job Summary

Our Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager in Construction Industry to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime position offering a unique opportunity to lead and oversee all aspects of our operations in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans managing budgets and driving overall growth and profitability. They will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
* Oversee daily operations across all departments.
* Manage budgets and financial performance.
* Lead and motivate a highperforming team.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and government agencies.
* Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
* Report regularly to senior management on performance and progress.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Solid understanding of financial management principles.
* Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
* Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
* Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
* Experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
