Executive Director

Job Summary

On behalf of our client we are seeking an Executive Director / CEO who will be responsible for leading the companys overall operations and business growth initiatives while reporting directly to the Board of Directors. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing daily operations supervising teams developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth across the companys tourism and cultural projects. The candidate will oversee operational performance business development activities and external stakeholder relationships while ensuring smooth execution and long-term organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the companys daily operations and business activities
  
• Develop and execute business growth and expansion strategies
  
• Build partnerships and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  
• Supervise operational performance across all projects and locations
  
• Manage and support internal teams and outsourced service providers
  
• Represent the company in meetings events and business opportunities
  
• Monitor financial and operational performance and provide reports to the Board
  
• Identify new revenue opportunities and market channels
  
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
  
• Develop annual plans targets and operational improvements
  
• Support the companys long-term vision and organizational growth
  

Requirements

• 812 years of experience in management operations or business development roles
  
• Previous experience in tourism hospitality events or related industries is preferred
  
• Proven experience in leadership and managing teams
  
• Strong background in business growth and partnership development
  
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Tourism Hospitality or any related field
  
• Fluent in English and Arabic
  
• Based in Jeddah or familiar with the Western Region market
  
• Strong network and relationship-building skills are an advantage
  
• Ability to manage both strategic and operational responsibilities
  

Required Skills:
