Kitchen Steward

Job Summary

As a Kitchen Steward you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness hygiene and organization of all kitchen areas equipment and utensils. You play a key role in supporting kitchen operations by ensuring a clean and safe working environment for chefs and food production teams.

Location: Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes pots pans cutlery and kitchen equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations floors walls and storage areas.

• Ensure proper use of dishwashing machines and cleaning chemicals.

• Sort and dispose of waste according to hygiene and recycling standards.

• Support chefs by providing clean utensils and equipment as needed.

• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies when required.

• Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas including dishwashing stations.

• Follow food safety hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.

• Report any damaged equipment or maintenance issues immediately.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and tools.

• Support general kitchen operations during busy periods.

• Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures.

• Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:
Open to all nationalities
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within hospitality or F&B operations
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene sanitation and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Physically fit and able to handle standing lifting and repetitive tasks
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
Flexibility to work shifts weekends and public holidays
