Sales Manager – Riyadh Saudi Arabia

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is an established B2B communications and services business looking to appoint three commercially strong Sales Managers to support its continued growth in Saudi Arabia.

The business works with a range of corporate government and semi-government organisations and is looking for experienced sales professionals who understand the Saudi market and ideally already have a strong network in Riyadh.

This is a new-business focused role and would suit someone who enjoys opening doors developing relationships and taking opportunities through the full sales cycle.

THE PROFILE

We are particularly interested in candidates currently working within advertising communications media marketing events exhibitions production creative or closely related B2B service businesses.

Job title is less important than actual commercial experience. Candidates may currently be working as a Sales Manager Business Development Manager Account Manager Senior Account Manager Key Account Manager Client Services Manager or in a similar commercially focused position.

You should have recent experience of the Saudi Arabian market preferably Riyadh together with a genuine track record of personally generating new business.

You will be comfortable prospecting and opening new accounts understanding client requirements developing proposals negotiating commercial terms and closing business. The ability to grow and develop accounts after the initial win is equally important.

Arabic is essential together with good professional English.

COMMERCIAL TRACK RECORD

We are looking for candidates who can clearly demonstrate the business and revenue they have personally generated. During the initial conversation we will be particularly interested in understanding the clients you have won the size and type of business secured and your own contribution to those wins.

An annual revenue expectation in the region of SAR 5 million has been discussed for each Sales Manager so candidates should be comfortable operating in a commercially accountable environment.

Riyadh Saudi Arabia

The client has a strong preference for candidates who are already established in the Saudi market and understand how business is developed and won locally.
