Manage the technical monitoring of CFA works; Control the conformity of electrical installations; Coordinate the interventions of the different actors of the project; Guarantee compliance with the objectives of quality, cost, time and safety; Ensure the technical, operational and documentary monitoring of the work of low voltage (CFA) electrical installations; Guarantee their conformity to studies, contractual requirements and standards in force, while ensuring coordination between the design office, the work teams and the client until final acceptance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum level: Master's degree (Bac +5)
• Accepted degrees: Electrotechnical Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer, Automation Engineer, Master's in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum requirement: 3-5 years / South
• Desired experience: Tertiary projects, Hospitals, Shopping centers, Industrial buildings, Hotels.
• Architecture: Reading architectural plans. Coordination of all trades. Construction standards.
• Technical aspects: Low voltage/High voltage. HVAC. Smoke extraction. Plumbing. Building management systems.
• BIM : Revit Architecture. Revit MEP. Navisworks. BIM 360. AutoCAD 3D. Navisworks. MS Project. Microsoft 365. Caneco BT.
