Manage the technical monitoring of HVAC, plumbing, smoke extraction, and fluid network work for EPC projects. Ensure the sizing of installations. Optimize technical solutions and support the work teams until project handover. Ensure the technical, operational, and documentary monitoring of the installation work for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), sanitary plumbing, hydraulic networks, gas, and smoke extraction. Produce execution documents. Provide technical support to the implementation teams under the supervision of the Senior Fluid/HVAC Design Engineer or the Project Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum level: Master's degree (Bac +5)

Accepted qualifications: Climate Engineering degree. Energy Engineering degree. Thermal Engineering degree. Fluids Engineering degree. Mechanical Engineering degree (HVAC specialization). Master's degree in Climate Engineering or Energy Engineering.

Minimum requirement: 3-5 years / South

Desired experience: Tertiary projects, Hospitals, Shopping centers, Industrial buildings, Hotels.

Architecture: Reading architectural plans. Coordination of all trades. Construction standards.

Technical aspects: HVAC. Electrical/Low Voltage. Smoke extraction. Plumbing. Building Management Systems.

BIM : Revit Architecture. Revit MEP. Navisworks. BIM 360. AutoCAD 3D. Navisworks. MS Project. Microsoft 365.
