• Architectural design and studies: Needs analysis, Feasibility and sketches, Technical design.
• Regulatory and Administrative Files: Urban compliance (POS/PLU, fire safety rules, accessibility for people with reduced mobility, etc.), Permit files (Building Permits, prior declarations, work authorizations).
• Production of Graphic and Written Documents: Produce and control detailed execution plans, Participate in the drafting of written documents (CCTP - Special Technical Specifications, architectural and descriptive notices).
• Project Coordination and Monitoring: Collaborate daily with the multidisciplinary team, participate in internal coordination meetings and client presentations, and conduct architectural monitoring of construction sites to verify compliance of the work with the initial project.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: State Diploma in Architecture (DEA, DPLG, ADE) or equivalent university/higher school.
• Authorisation: Authorisation for Master of Works in One's Own Name (HMONP) appreciated (necessary for the permit application).
• Experience: [Ex. 25 years] of experience preferred, preferably in an engineering design office or a multidisciplinary architecture firm.
• Technical Skills (Hard Skills): CAD/CAM Software: Expert mastery of AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Archicad or equivalent, Modeling and Rendering: SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop (for visual presentation), Regulations: Solid knowledge of building standards, urban planning code, fire safety and accessibility, BIM Methodology: Knowledge of BIM processes and charters (a major asset in a design office).
