• Gather client requirements and develop sketches, preliminary designs and plans.
• Create execution plans, sections, elevations, details and 3D perspectives.
• Prepare the administrative files: building permits, authorizations and declarations.
• establish the specifications, the measurements and cost estimates.
• Monitor construction sites, check compliance with plans and coordinate the various trades and design offices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Architect diploma or equivalent (registration with the professional body appreciated).
• Experience in design and site supervision appreciated (level to be specified); portfolio required.
• My mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or ArchiCAD, rendering engines (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape) and the Adobe suite.
• Knowledge of urban planning and construction regulations.
