• Monitor orders and ensure that delivery deadlines are met.
• Manage exchanges with clients by phone and email.
• Update customer databases and sales tracking spreadsheets.
• Assist the sales team in preparing meetings and documents.
• Coordinate exchanges between the commercial, accounting and logistics departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Professional training in commerce, management, administration or equivalent field.
• Desired experience in a similar position.
• Good mastery of office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Good operational and interpersonal skills.
