• To receive and process customer orders.
• Ensure the monitoring of orders and delivery times.
• Prepare quotes, purchase orders and invoices.
• Verify the conformity of commercial documents.
• Monitor client files and update databases.
• Coordinate exchanges between the commercial, accounting and logistics departments.
• Managing customer complaints and requests.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bac+2 or Bac+3 qualification in business, management, administration or equivalent field.
• Experience in a similar sales administration role.
• Good mastery of office tools, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of commercial and invoicing procedures.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Rigour, responsiveness, autonomy and team spirit.
