• Develop and implement the company's QHS policy and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Establish and monitor QHS performance indicators.
• Identify, assess and prevent occupational risks.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections and controls.
• Analyze non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Train and raise awareness among staff regarding quality, hygiene and safety rules.
• Supervise the monitoring of workplace incidents and accidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bac+3 Bac+5 training in QHSE, quality management, industrial safety or equivalent field.
• Experience in a similar position preferred.
• Good mastery of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards; ISO 14001 is an asset.
• Mastery of audit methods, risk assessment and non-conformity management.
• Skills in management and team leadership.
