• To ensure the general safety of the establishment, customers, employees, visitors and property.
• Define, implement and oversee the hotel's safety and security policy.
• Develop, update and ensure the application of safety procedures and instructions.
• Supervise access control to the establishment, including the entry and exit of people, vehicles and service providers.
• Supervise video surveillance systems, access control and security equipment.
• Ensure that fire safety instructions and evacuation procedures are followed.
• Coordinate interventions in case of emergency, accident, fire or any exceptional situation.
• To ensure relations and coordination with emergency services and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal procedures and Accor group standards.
• Provide regular reporting to the General Management on incidents, identified risks and actions implemented.
• To propose any improvement measures aimed at strengthening safety and risk prevention within the establishment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or specialized training in security, safety, risk prevention or security management.
• Proven professional experience of at least 5 years in a position of responsibility in security, ideally in the hotel sector.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising security teams.
• Good command of fire safety and evacuation procedures.
• Mastery of risk prevention and management techniques.
• Good knowledge of video surveillance and access control systems.
• Ability to manage emergencies, incidents and conflicts.
• Good knowledge of applicable safety and security regulations.
• Proficiency in computer tools and reporting techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
