Pentabell is seeking a skilled DWDM Technical and Engineering Manager, for one of its clients. This role involves managing DWDM projects, overseeing network operations, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Position:
DWDM Technical and Engineering Manager

Summary:
Coordinate DWDM project implementation, manage project planning, ensure compliance with standards, oversee network operations, and supervise maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate DWDM project implementation with technical teams, customers, and subcontractors.
Manage project planning, rollout progress, material availability, site readiness, and subcontractor workload.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, HSE procedures, and project deadlines.
Oversee network operations, incident management, alarm monitoring, service restoration, and SLA/KPI performance.
Manage NOC activities and coordinate with L3 support, field teams, and subcontractors.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field
5 10 years of experience in telecommunications, transmission networks, or DWDM deployment and operations
Strong technical knowledge of DWDM and optical transmission technologies
Experience with vendors such as ZTE, Huawei, Nokia, or Ericsson
Proven project management, team leadership, customer coordination, and incident escalation skills
Good command of English, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously
PMP or relevant telecommunications certifications are an advantage
