• Prepare the provisional budgets in conjunction with the various departments.
• Monitor budget execution and analyze discrepancies between forecasts and actual results.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure profitability and productivity.
• Conduct financial analyses to support strategic decisions (investments, projects, savings).
• Develop regular reports and simulate different management scenarios.
• Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and the deployment of management tools (ERP, dashboards).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or Master's degree (Bac +5) in economics, finance or management control.
• Proven professional experience of more than 5 years in management control, financial analysis or auditing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial discrepancies and produce clear recommendations.
• Ability to lead process optimization projects and implement effective management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, autonomy and initiative.
