Plan, coordinate, execute and document pre-commissioning, commissioning, functional testing, adjustments and commissioning of technical installations to ensure their compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Ensure the commissioning, testing, adjustments, performance validation and functional conformity of HVAC, plumbing, smoke extraction, CFO/CFA, BMS/BAS and technical equipment installations before their acceptance by the customer.
Qualifications
Minimum level: Bachelor's degree + 4 years of study
Accepted qualifications:
Project document management
Administration
Civil engineering
Electrotechnics
Mechanical Engineering
CVC/HVAC
Minimum requirement: 10 years of experience / South 03 05 years
Desired experience:
Experience in preparing or checking DOE
Preparation of technical files
Project documentary
Experience in construction, EPC, industry or technical facilities preferred;
Experience with As Built documents is an advantage.
