• Check raw materials, packaging and ingredients upon receipt (sampling, analysis, batch conformity).
• Monitor manufacturing parameters on the production line (temperatures, dosages, pH, viscosity, weight, etc.) and alert in case of deviation.
• Collect samples and perform physico-chemical and organoleptic analyses in the laboratory.
• Check the finished products before release and determine the conformity of the batches.
• Record the results, ensure the traceability of the batches and complete the control sheets.
• Report, analyze, and track non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Engineering degree or Bachelor's/Master's degree in process engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience in quality control in industry, ideally in the food industry, is appreciated.
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards (ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001) and analytical techniques.
• Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel.
• Rigour, observational skills, integrity, analytical and team spirit; shift work possible.
