Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Production, Mechanics or a similar field.
• Proven experience of at least 10 years in the industry.
• Significant experience in team management and factory or industrial site management.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methods and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong skills in production management, maintenance and supply chain.
• Leadership, rigor and organizational skills.
