• to develop and implement the company's marketing and communication plan.
• Ensure digital communication: website, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), newsletters and referencing (SEO).
• Design communication materials: catalogues, product sheets, brochures, presentations, visuals and videos.
• Organize participation in trade shows, events and promotional activities.
• Conduct online advertising campaigns and track their results.
• Analyze the market, the competition and customer needs; propose actions to generate leads.
• Work with the sales team and report via monthly reporting (ports, leads, conversions).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 minimum) in marketing, communication or business (Bac+5 preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and creative tools (Canva, Adobe suite or equivalent) and the Office suite.
• Good writing skills in French; Arabic and English appreciated.
• Creative, organized, analytical mind and results-oriented.
