• to develop and implement the agency's marketing and communication plan.
• Managing social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn): editorial calendar, content creation, community management.
• Design and monitor online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and measure their results.
• Promote travel offers: stays, tours, Umrah, ticketing, seasonal offers.
• Manage the website, search engine optimization (SEO) and email or messaging campaigns.
• Working with the sales team to convert prospects into customers.
• Monitor the indicators (e-port, leads, conversion rate) and write a monthly report.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication or business.
• Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing, ideally in tourism or travel.
• Proficiency in social media, online advertising and creative tools (Canva, Adobe suite or equivalent).
• Creative, good writing skills in French and Arabic; English appreciated.
• Sense of organization, analytical mind and results orientation.
