Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Full supervision of periodic, preventive, and emergency maintenance for all production lines and equipment in the factory.

Follow up on the maintenance and operation of crushers, boilers, and washing tanks, ensuring operational efficiency to minimize downtime.

Lead and guide the team of technicians and maintenance assistants, assign daily tasks, and develop their performance.

Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults and provide immediate root solutions.

Manage inventory of essential spare parts, identify required needs, and place orders in advance to ensure continuous production.

Apply occupational safety and health standards during all maintenance work.

Qualifications and Required Conditions:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).

Intermediate work experience (ranging from 3 to 5 years) in industrial maintenance.

Previous experience in plastic recycling factories or direct handling of crushers and boilers is preferred.

Good knowledge of electrical systems (control, power) and mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic lines.

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to organize and distribute work flexibly.

Job Benefits and Conditions:

Work location: 10th of Ramadan City.

Working hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Weekly days off: Friday and Saturday.
