Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This position is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective learners and responding to inbound inquiries, presenting 4Level1’s English language programs, and following up on leads to convert them into enrollments. The role includes explaining course features and benefits, answering questions, and guiding potential students through the registration process. The Telesales Representative will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, meet or exceed sales targets, collaborate with the training and operations teams to stay updated on program offerings, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and effective listening.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and build positive relationships.
• Sales skills, including lead qualification, persuasion, and closing techniques.
• Training-related skills to understand and accurately present program content and learning outcomes.
• Previous experience in telesales, call centers, or education services is preferred.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office software.
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi and adapt to a target-driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or languages is an advantage.
