Job Description

• Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural, MEP, and site disciplines throughout project execution.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and follow up on issue resolution with relevant teams.
• Review architectural models to ensure compliance with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and construction deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain BIM coordination reports, clash logs, and action trackers.
• Support technical coordination between design consultants, subcontractors, site teams, and internal engineering departments.
• Ensure models are updated in line with approved drawings, RFIs, design changes, and construction requirements.
• Assist in extracting coordinated drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models when required.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide clear status updates on architectural BIM issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM, including architectural coordination within construction projects.
• Strong experience working for main contractors on large-scale building projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Solid experience in clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination reporting.
• Good understanding of BIM standards, LOD, IFC models, and construction workflows.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Strong communication, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
