Role: Quality Specialist (GSM)

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

Industry Required Background: experience in the telecommunications sector (e.g., Vodafone, Orange, X-

Etisalat Misr, X-WE, DU, AT&T, or Verizon).

Experience:

-Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience as a Quality Specialist (or Acting Quality).

-Minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Service / Quality tasks within a telecom environment.

-Core Competency: Mandatory GSM background within a telecom environment is a prerequisite.

-Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language (B2+ to C1).
