Job Summary
Position: Senior Sales Representative U.S. Market
Location: West Square Beverly Hills Hybrid.
Type: FullTime
Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM .

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team and drive client acquisition in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT offshoring or staff augmentation sales excellent communication skills and a proven track record of closing deals with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the United States including tech startups midsized companies and enterprises.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through LinkedIn cold outreach and networking events.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored IT staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities in the U.S. market.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in IT offshoring staff augmentation or IT services targeting the U.S. market.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.
