We’re Hiring | HRBP – Manufacturing Experience Required

2M PLAST is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our HR team and support our manufacturing operations.

Current Location: Hybrid – Obour & El Shorouk City

Planned Relocation: 6th of October City within 2027

Company Transportation Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR operations and employee-related activities.

• Manage attendance, leaves, overtime, and employee records.

• Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance.

• Maintain personnel files and HR documentation.

• Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures.

• Handle employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary procedures.

• Work closely with Factory Management and department heads on manpower requirements.

• Handle Blue-Collar recruitment and mass hiring for production and technical positions.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates.

• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with hiring managers.

• Prepare regular HR, manpower, and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 3–5 years of HR experience.

• Manufacturing / Factory experience is mandatory.

• Hands-on experience in HR Operations and Payroll.

• Experience in Blue-Collar Recruitment and Mass Hiring.

• Experience working with Factory Management and operational teams.

• Good knowledge of attendance, overtime, leaves, personnel processes, and employee relations.

• Good Microsoft Excel skills.

• Good command of English.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
