Role Description The Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of assigned pharmaceutical products. Day-to-day activities include defining product strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the product portfolio. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams such as medical, regulatory, sales, a to ensure successful product launches and ongoing performance. The Product Manager will prepare product forecasts, monitor sales data, and support promotional activities and materials in alignment with compliance and corporate objectives. This position also requires regular competitor analysis and continuous optimization of product positioning to meet business and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Strong product management skills, including planning, execution, and lifecycle management for pharmaceutical or healthcare products.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable product and marketing strategies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, medical, regulatory) to drive product performance.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards, compliance requirements, and basic regulatory processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, , science , vet ,
• advanced degree or MBA is an advantage. ( CNS , Pediatric experience is prefer )
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, and proficiency with common business and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM or BI tools).
