General Requirements:
Years of Experience: At least 1 year of actual work experience in specialized ready-made garment factories.
Preferred Fabrics: Prior practical experience in handling Denim, heavy fabrics, and Gabardine materials is preferred.
Geographical Scope: Residence within Zagazig city and neighboring centers, or within 10th of Ramadan City.
Discipline and Work Conduct: Adherence to quality instructions, maintaining the machine, and regular attendance to meet daily targets.
Proficiency in operating various sewing machines (Single Needle/Lockstitch, Twin Needle, 4 & 5-thread Overlock, and specialized machines).
Ability to perform most trouser assembly and preparation stages (pockets, sides, zipper, waistband, bartack).
High skill in adjusting tension and pulling heavy fabric without causing puckering or stitch defects.
Personal Abilities:
Full flexibility and readiness to switch between operations throughout the day as directed by the line supervisor.
Quick grasp and ability to accurately adopt specifications for any new stage without lengthy training time.
